I’ve got a question about the migration from Squirrly plugin to Rank Math. I know that the only way is to migrate from Squirrly to Yoast, and then from Yoast to Rank Math.
First of all, I think that it is increasing the risk of data loss during the 2 operations, but I’ve got another issue.
The fact is that the tranfer of datas from Squirrly to Yoast doesn’t work properly on my site sportchezsoi.com because I was using Yoast in the past. What is happening is that Yoast is just keeping its datas from the previous installation and not those from Squirrly.
I can’t delete anything to the database as I’m not using Cpannel. Do any of you have any other solution or do I have to do it manually?
Thanks!

  1. Hello, Thank you so much for getting in touch.

I think the best way would be to completely uninstall Yoast first with all the old data: https://blondish.net/completely-remove-yoast-seo/

You can do that using Rank Math from WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Import & Export

Then, you can install Yoast again and import from Squirrly.

Alternatively, you can use WP All Import to move all your SEO data from Squirrly to Rank Math directly:
    https://wordpress.org/plugins/import-xml-csv-settings-to-rank-math-seo/

Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.
