Hi rank math community;

Hi rank math community;

I would like to know your opinion on the best option to take in this scenario:
I have an article that is very well positioned (top 3) with a list of the best places to listen to Fado in Porto.
I’m almost sure that if I make this article richer, like a quick guide to choosing a Fado place in Porto, where I also make a short list of places, I’ll climb the rankings.

Should I:

1) Keep the article, publish the new one and inside the article (not with redirects) I encourage visitors to see the new one;

2) keep the article, but redirect to the new one;

3) Keep the article, but replace the content with the new one.

What would you do?

Thanks!

  1. Hello, Thank you so much for getting in touch.

    This is something that only you can answer and it depends on a number of factors.

    Since that article you have is already ranking very well for a particular keyword you can try to “bump” the new one with a quick guide via internal linking, but this is all dependent on the SEO strategy you have in place.

    Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.
