Are tables okay for SEO? I know awhile back they weren’t best practice but Gutenberg has a Table Block. No guesses please

    Adding tabular data to your website is perfectly fine. If your content would be better explained in a table for a better user experience this is a good way to go about it.

    Some years ago this was considered bad because most designs used tables to control the way sections were displayed on the website, but CSS has evolved and tables are no longer needed to achieve great design, so those are now reserved only for the content which is what they are intended to be used on.

  2. Tables were always fine back then and now as long as they were being used for what they were intended for, tabular data. The only time it was not recommended is when they were being used instead of

    elements to structure a web page.
